Kelly and Buckley Builders was started by William Kelly and Kevin Buckley in 2005 whose combined expertise comes from different ends of the residential housing industry. We draw on William Kelly’s extensive construction education and experience and Kevin Buckley’s years of "hands on " real estate consulting with buyers and sellers.
